Juxtaposition Fine Arts Policies:

TUITION: Is run on the 1st of each month and on Auto-Pay ONLY!

REGISTRATION FEE: $40/student with a max of $80 per family.

SIBLINGS: A sibling is one of two or more individuals having one or both parents in common. Half siblings are counted as part of the sibling umbrella. Cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles etc. are NOT counted as siblings.
15% discount.

MISSED CLASS POLICY:
If your child misses a class, it can be made up. However, missed classes may be made up with making arrangements with Ms. K. Credit/Refund cannot be given for missed classes.  

ATTIRE: Students can wear anything that is comfortable for them. We have children of all abilities and want everyone to be comfortable! If children want to be barefoot, wear socks, or ballet/jazz shoes they're more than welcome to. We have tap shoes available for students to borrow (we will label them and keep them at the studio for their use each week).

DROPPING CLASSES: Clients must submit a 30-day notice to Juxtaposition Studios LLC/Juxtaposition Fine Arts via email: juxtaposition.fine.arts@gmail.com prior to dropping any classes. You will be pro-rated and charged for the classes if you drop prior to 30 days. If 30-day notice in not given, no refunds will be given.

NO WAITING IN CLASSES: There is no lobby provided to wait during classes. All classes are independent unless specifically stated. Parents/Guardians/Grown-ups/Nannies/Sitters/Siblings/ etc. are not allowed to stay in the classrooms during classes. This helps provide a calm and safe environment for all of the students and instructors.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
In the case of inclement weather, we will post to social media and push notifications. There is no credit given for Inclement weather, but we will do our best to accommodate makeup classes.  

SHOWCASE 2025: 5, 6, 7, WE'RE 8!
Showcase 2025 is NOT a requirement. IF participating you will be billed $50 Performance Fee which includes: Costume rental, cleaning fee, photos and video. This will be billed to your account on April 1, 2024. Showcase 2025 will be May 15, 16 & 17, 2024 at HanesBrandes Theatre.
